Guild Wars 2 lets you be in several guilds at once, so the question is less "which guild" than "which guild for what": a raid and strike guild, a WvW guild that decides your team, a social guild with a hall to hang out in. Browse guild recruitment below or post your region, focus and play times.
You can join up to five guilds and represent one at a time — the represented guild's chat, tag and buffs are the ones that apply. Guilds build a guild hall (Gilded Hollow, Lost Precipice, Windswept Haven or the Isle of Reflection), unlock upgrades together and run guild missions each week.
Since the World Restructuring of World vs. World, your WvW team is built from WvW guilds rather than fixed servers: you select a WvW guild, and the game keeps that guild's members on the same team. That makes WvW guilds a recruitment market of their own.
Region (NA or EU — they are separate), classes and builds you play, experience in the guild's content, whether you have the expansions it uses, and the evenings you are free. Training guilds take new players; progression guilds may ask for kill proof (killproof.me).
LF raid & strike guild — EU, Mon/Thu evenings. Plays Firebrand and Mechanist, owns all expansions, happy to learn.
WvW guild recruiting for NA prime time — commander-led, Discord comms, new players welcome.
Up to five, and you represent one at a time.
World Restructuring replaced fixed server teams with WvW guilds. You select a WvW guild, and the game keeps its members together on the same team when teams are formed.
No — North America and Europe are separate regions, and a guild exists in one of them.
