Black Desert guilds come in very different flavours — Node War and Conquest War guilds, life-skill guilds, payroll guilds that reward activity, and social guilds for boss timers and chat. Browse guild recruitment posts below or post your region, gear score and the content you want.
Guilds earn funds from guild missions, node and conquest wars and member activity. Members earn activity points; when the guild distributes bonus pay, each member's share depends on their activity level. That is why payroll guilds ask about daily playtime — and why inactive members are moved out.
Region (NA, EU, SA, Asia and console regions each have their own guilds), gear score and class for PvP guilds, daily playtime, whether you attend war nights, and Discord. Life-skill and social guilds usually take anyone; Node War guilds set a gear-score minimum for the tier they fight in.
