The weekly River Race (Clan Wars) is the heart of an active clan: a few training days, then battle days in which every member uses their war decks to earn fame and push the clan's boat ahead of the other clans in the race.
Look at the clan's River Race history and its required trophies before joining. Competitive clans kick members who skip war days; casual clans focus on donations and chat. If you want to climb, a clan with players above your level gives you friendly battles and deck advice you will not get alone.
