EVE Online corporations recruiting

Leaving the NPC starter corporation is the single biggest step in EVE Online. A good corp gives you fleets, mentors, a home system and a reason to log in; a bad one gives you an awkward month and a war declaration. Browse corporation recruitment posts below, or post your time zone, skill points and what you want to do in New Eden.

Corporations, alliances and where they live

Clans in EVE are corporations, and corporations band together into alliances. Where a corp lives decides how you play: high-sec corps focus on industry, mining, missions and newbro training; low-sec corps on small-gang PvP and faction warfare; wormhole corps on scanning, ratting and defending a home hole; null-sec corps live inside a large alliance with sovereignty, structured fleets and logistics.

What corps ask in recruitment

Expect a short interview on the corp's Discord and, for null-sec and wormhole corps, an ESI check of your character (through tools like SeAT) to spot spies. Corps want your time zone (EUTZ, USTZ, AUTZ), skill points and the ships you can fly, what you want to learn, and whether you can use voice comms for fleets. Many corps are explicitly newbro-friendly and supply ships and skill plans.

Finding a corp that fits

Use the in-game Corporation Recruitment finder, the official forums' recruitment section and r/evejobs — and post on AnySquad with your time zone and goals so recruiters come to you. Ask how many people are online in your time zone, not how many members the corp has: a 300-member corp that sleeps while you play is an empty corp.

What a good EVE Online corporation post looks like

LF corp — EUTZ, 25M SP, can fly cruisers and logi. Want to try wormhole life or small-gang low-sec. Discord ready, ESI fine.

Newbro-friendly high-sec corp recruiting: industry, mining and missions with free ships and skill plans. USTZ, Discord voice.

EVE Online corporation questions

Should a new EVE Online player join a corporation?

Yes, once you have the basics. Newbro-friendly corporations hand out ships, skill plans and mentors, and you learn far faster in a fleet than alone in the NPC starter corp.

What is the difference between a corporation and an alliance?

A corporation is the player group you join directly. An alliance is a group of corporations that share space, fleets and diplomacy — common in null-sec.

Why do EVE corps ask for an ESI/API check?

To verify your character's history and assets and keep spies and thieves out. It is standard in null-sec and wormhole corps; you can revoke access afterwards.

Which time zone matters?

Yours. Fleets and defence happen when members are online, so pick a corp active in your time zone — EUTZ, USTZ or AUTZ.
