Albion Online is built around guilds: territories, guild halls, ZvZ fights and the black zone economy all need a group behind you. Browse guild recruitment posts below, or post your server, time zone and the content you want — ZvZ, small-scale, Hellgates, Avalonian dungeons or gathering.
Guilds own guild halls and territories, take part in large zerg-vs-zerg fights and form alliances with other guilds. Most guilds pick a focus, and joining one with the wrong focus is the most common reason players leave in their first week.
Your server (Albion Americas, Europe or Asia), time zone, total fame, the roles you play (tank, healer, DPS, support) and whether you can make the guild's content times. ZvZ guilds will hand you a build list and ask for a minimum item power; small-scale groups care more about voice comms and attitude. Many guilds offer regear programs — ask how they work before your first fight.
Albion has an in-game Guild Finder with filters for language, time zone and activity, and the official forums and Discord have recruitment channels. A post that states your server, time zone and focus gets you replies from guilds that are actually online when you are.

Albion has separate Americas, Europe and Asia servers, and guilds belong to one. Choose the server where you have your character and the time zone you play in.
Many PvP guilds replace the gear you lose in guild fights if you used an approved build. Ask how the guild's regear program works before you join a ZvZ.
