Broke Wizards is the new competitive sandbox party game from 5TH Cell, the creators of Scribblenauts, launching October 28, 2026: two to six wizard roommates race to pay rent to a giant Imp Landlord first. Slay monsters, play prop hunt, race hoverboards and take on odd jobs — or slack off together in Freeplay. AnySquad's LFG posts help Broke Wizards players fill the house.
Broke Wizards is a race between roommates, and a two-player house is a quiet one. The prop hunts, hoverboard races and arena fights the game is built around need a full house of two to six wizards competing for rent — finding them before launch night means the first evening is chaos instead of a waiting room.
Broke Wizards is developed and published by 5TH Cell. It has been on Steam since 2026. Multiplayer listed on Steam: online co-op.
A duo is the easiest way to play Broke Wizards with someone better than a random fill — one person you can actually talk to. For a full squad, post the slots you still need: a post that says what it is missing gets answered faster than a profile that lists what you play.
Broke Wizards posts on AnySquad are tagged by platform, so every post you see is one you can play with.
Say how many players you need, when you play, and the one thing you care about — a mic, a rank, a region or just no raging. Leave out the rest: a short post gets answered, a list of requirements gets scrolled past. Once your group is set, close the post.
